Zachary is a UK-qualified barrister, accredited mediator, and member of Lincoln’s Inn. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) with Distinction from City, University of London, and a First-Class Honours degree in Law and Business from the University of Warwick.

He previously served as a Senior Associate in Grant Thornton’s Forensic and Insolvency team in London, where he contributed to multi-billion-dollar global asset recoveries involving high-profile international fraud and complex cross-border disputes. His experience across Europe, Asia, and offshore jurisdictions gives him a unique ability to protect and unlock value in capital-intensive sectors.

At SKS Pavillion, Zachary acts as a strategic bridge between law, finance, and business execution. He leads deal structuring, governance design, and negotiation of major transactions, ensuring projects are optimized for capital efficiency and risk mitigation. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay, he leverages a global perspective and regional insight to drive SKS Pavilion’s growth in real estate and hospitality across ASEAN and beyond.
