He began his career as a Financial & Wealth Planning Agency Leader at AIA Malaysia, where he specialized in strategic financial management and long-term investment planning. Over the past 25 years, Dato’ See has successfully led multiple land conversion and real estate development projects, building a strong track record in transforming land into high-value properties.

In addition, he brings two decades of boutique hotel management experience, combining hospitality and real estate expertise to deliver projects that blend luxury with functionality.
