Andy combines financial expertise with operational leadership, driving cost efficiency and optimizing capital allocation across all business units. He is deeply involved in strategic partnerships, contractor negotiations, and hospitality operations, ensuring each project reflects SKS Pavillion’s commitment to excellence.

With a strong focus on governance, process improvement, and risk management, Andy’s leadership enables the Group to execute large-scale developments with precision. His role is critical in positioning SKS Pavilion for sustainable growth in real estate and hospitality, particularly within the Johor-Singapore growth corridor.
