Founded by Dato’ See Hoon Chuan, SKS Pavilion Sdn. Bhd. was built on values of hard work, humility, and sincerity. Named in tribute to his two sons, See Khang and See Khai, SKS reflects both family legacy and forward ambition. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a diversified group shaping real estate and hospitality with enduring impact.

What does SKS Pavilion do?

Johor Bahru is our home, so at the moment, yes. However, we are looking to actively extend across Malaysia and the UK. We focus on high-impact projects that blend global standards with local character.

Do you only develop in Johor Bahru?

Yes. We currently have a few units left for sale directly from the developers’ inventory, with no agent fees. Please reach out if you would like to inquire.
